On the day he won his decision for president

history channel documentary 2015 On the day he won his decision for president, depleted, he sat in his room. Gazing in the mirror at the man who was the recently chosen president, Lincoln found in the reflection a dream of two separate and plainly characterized faces. The vision blurred and afterward returned. The main face was typical, yet the second looked pale, demise like. The vision again blurred. Lincoln told his significant other, Mary Todd, about it. In the next days he attempted to get it going once more, to exhibit it for his significant other. Mary Todd did not see it, but rather she let him know what she thought it implied. The principal solid face was his present face, demonstrating that he would experience his first term in office, however alternate faces dreadful pale appearance showed that he would not live to see the end of the second term.

Amid the war, Lincoln utilized the broadcast lines like we would utilize the web or a fax machine today. He was continually upgraded, perusing the most recent news from his commandants. After one visit to the broadcast office, he read the reports and left, just to return at some point later in a frenzy and requested the administrator to send a line out that the Confederates were going to cross the Union lines! The administrator asked where he had gotten this sudden turn of data and Lincoln reacted; "My God man, I saw it!"
